- We develop a Project Plan using standardized best practice templates to ensure that the project comes in on time, on budget and within scope (Project Charter, Risk Registry, Issues Log, Change Controls, Network Diagrams, WBS, etc.).

- We conduct change readiness assessments to determine the organization’s readiness for a successful transformation (culture, attitudes, behaviours, etc.).
- We develop a change management strategy/plan to guide our organization through the change transitions, to ensure the organization is ready to embrace the change and the leaders are prepared to lead the change.

Absolute Knowledge Inc. (AK Inc.) was Incorporated in 1999. AK Inc. was founded by its two managing partners: Helena DeSousa and J.M. St-Jean. AK Inc. is located in Mississauga but our clients are located across the greater Toronto area and Southern Ontario.
Helena DeSousa
MANAGING PARTNER
Helena is a highly accomplished consultant with 20 years of demonstrated experience in designing and implementing comprehensive business, change management, communication and training strategies and solutions to organizations across Canada. Helena combines strong education, business and technical expertise with outstanding client management and communication skills.
Helena holds a Masters of Education (M.Ed.) degree for the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), University of Toronto and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in IT Management (MBA-ITM) from Athabasca University. Helena also has the following professional certifications:

J.M. St-Jean
MANAGING PARTNER
J.M. has 20 years of experience in energy and asset managing with extensive experience in management consulting, business development, regulatory, operations, preventative maintenance, capital planning, project management and leadership.
J.M. holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Management Consulting and Finance from Royal Roads University, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Athabasca University, and a Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma (Bilingual – 3yrs) from St-Lawrence College. Joseph is also a Certified Engineering Technologies (C.E.T.) and a Certified Energy Manager (C.E.M).
